・現在登録されている情報の確認機能

* Screen images are development version. It can be modified by the release time.

変更前） 画面右上に各機能のアイコンを並べて表示。
変更後） menu ＞ 各機能が一覧で表示されます。
Before) Display each icon in the screen top right corner.
After) menu > Each function is displayed with a list
管理者様にて現在の登録情報をご確認いただける機能です。
利用登録書(ユーザー情報)、授受設定書(授受設定情報)をダウンロードいただけるようになります。
ダウンロードした帳票に変更箇所をご記入いただくことで、そのままお申し込みにご利用いただけます。
この機能はそれぞれ下記の権限を付与されたユーザーのみご利用いただけます。
※権限の付与について、ご利用条件によっては調整が発生する場合がございます。予めご了承お願いいたします。
・ユーザー管理権限(新規権限) ：利用登録書をダウンロードできる
・契約管理権限(既存権限) ：授受設定書をダウンロードできる
【注意】ご利用にはD.e-ExpressにＩＤ登録いただく必要がございます。
この機能をご利用される方を変更／追加／削除したい場合は、それぞれ以下の帳票にてご指定可能です。
利用登録書ダウンロードできる権限(ユーザー管理権限) ：2-A)利用登録書(標準版)または、2-B)利用登録書(拡張版)
授受設定書をダウンロードできる権限(契約管理権限) ：1-B)申込書（契約変更）
＜ご利用方法＞
１）ログイン後、画面右上の「menu」をクリック
２）メニュー項目「登録情報確認」をクリック。(※利用権限のない方には項目が表示されません)
３）確認したい対象の「ダウンロード」ボタンをクリックすれば、該当の帳票をダウンロードいただけます。
※権限によっては会社情報、または契約情報のいずれか片方のみ表示されます。

Administrator can refer to user registration information in this function.
Administrator can download "User Registration Form" or "Exchange Application Form".
The application form which you downloaded is available for an application.
Following authorized user can use this function.
*Sometimes there have to do some adjustment to authorize.
- User Administrator (New authority): Can download "User Registration Form"
- User in charge of contract control (Existing authority): Can download "Exchange Application Form"
[Note] It's necessary to be the registration user.
If you want to change the user who have this authority, please submit by following application form.
- User Administrator : 2-A)User Registration Form (Standard) or 2-B)User Registration Form (Extended)
- User in charge of contract control ： Please ask our sales staff
< How to use >
1) Log in to D.e-Express and click on menu icon.
2) Click on "Registration Information" by menu lists. (*Not displayed when you don't have authority)
3) Click on "Download" button.
(*Download button is displayed depending on authority)
