    2. The 'D.e-Express Administrator' is not required to be a D.e-Express user, but
      viewing usage logs that's called 'Log viewer' function within the D.e-Express is required to be a D.e-Express user.
      Note that every user in sender company is charged.

    1. Is D.e-Express is available on out of service periods?

    2. It is available, but there is no gurantee on QoS(Quarity of Service).

    2. The registration is required for sending a message by D.e-Express. Please contact to your 'D.e-Express Administrator'.

    2. This service prohibits sharing one ID with multiple people, because security level will deceases due to risks of password leakage.

    1. Is it possible to use this service with a shared terminal (PC)?

    2. This service generally prohibits the sharing of terminals(PCs) because security level will decrease. In case you use a shared terminal(PC), please logoff Windows after usage, to keep security levels high.

    1. Is connection possible even if there is a port restriction on our firewall?

    2. D.e-Express uses https. In case of limitation of https connection
      set at firewall, change the firewall settings so that communication is possible.

    1. Is it possible to use D.e-Express through the proxy server?

    2. It is possible to use D.e-Express through the proxy server.Although, if you are going to use a proxy server, there is a concern that it will effect the response time, due to the load situation of the proxy server. If the response time is crucial to your business, it is recommended to be used not through the proxy server.

    1. Is there any recommendations for the speed of connection?

    2. Nothing specific.

    1. It says that it's available through both All TOYOTA Intranet(ATI) and Internet, however, can I restrict using via the Internet?

    2. Yes, you can restrict it.
      With IP address control(charged option/flat rate), you can allow connections only from ATI.
      This IP address control (access permission on limited users) applys users who were registered for D.e-Express.

    1. Is there any recommendations for the internet service provider?

    2. Nothing specific.

    1. Do I need any special software?

    2. No special software is required. However, it is necessary to install the Plug-in for using full functions of D.e-Express service.

    1. Is it necessary to have in-house server within my company?

    2. No, it's not necessary.Users are to use the server in the TS Datacenter.

    1. Does the D.e-Express have any limited access control?
      (I'd like to use the D.e-Express at home or public internet.)

    2. D.e-Express has no limited access control by default. You can use D.e-Express from anywhere.
      Note: D.e-Express has limited access control with extra charge option.

    1. Is the service fee calculated at a daily rate

    2. We do not calculate at a daily rate.

    1. Are users charged who only use it as recipients?

    2. Not charged on recipient user,
      but if the company which is set on sending function, this company cannot have recipient users.

    2. Yes, every user in sender company is charged.
      If the approver only for reply (resides in recipient company which has no sending functions), they won't be charged.

    1. Does the D.e-Express charge for users who are not logged-in?

    2. D.e-Express charges on the number of user id, it's not the login count.

    1. Does D.e-Express charged on deleted user id that's deleted middle of month.

    2. D.e-Express charged on the number of user id that's on Application Form (Update).
      *If you want to get this form, ==> Contact Sales.

    2. The billing destination is the company which made a contract with TOYOTA SYSTEMS CORPORATION.
      This company can be a collect company which collect the other companies charge.

    2. Yes, it changed by the period of contact. We charges the penalty that depends on the period remaining.

    1. Is it no charged within the 100GB traffic of data?
      How much does the exceeding 100GB traffic of data cost?

    2. There is no extra charge within the 100GB traffic of data.
      If you are expecting to exceed 100GB traffic per month, we request you apply for extra exchanging option.
      We provide you an estimate for the option. Please contact and tell TS Sales Window the estimating of monthly traffic amount.

    2. We provide least 12 month contract. We have the penalty charge for cancelling less than 12 month.

      (1) New contract or change the contract:By 'Date in use effective'(JST).
      (2) Cancel the contract:Next day or later of 'Date in use effective'(JST).

      ※User deletion corresponds to (1) if it is case without cancel the contract.

    2. It is preferred date that reflects your request.

    2. It's an original authentication system embedded in D.e-Express.
      External authentications such as LDAP, Active Directory or any other federation mechanism are not supported.

    2. If a message is sent there will be a notification by e-mail sent to the receiver. And when file(s) is downloaded a notification e-mail will be sent to the sender.

    2. Yes, it is possible to reply to the message received from the Requesting company.

    2. Yes, you can disable it.

    1. Can arrival notification e-mail that are deleted by mistake be recovered?

    2. Registered User : Please log in to D.e-Express, and you can confirm the message.
      Non-Registerd User : Please ask a sender for the retransmission of the message.

    2. Send messages/files is deleted automatically in the following period.

    2. It is possible by using the option service, Application Interconnection API.

    1. Can messages that are deleted by mistake be recovered?

    2. Unfortunately, deleting message cannot be cancelled.

    2. English and Japanese can be selected from the browser's language settings.

    2. Every message has download period(keeping days) and after the period, the attached files and folders will be deleted.
      This "keeping days" may be shorter than 30 that's set by sender.

    2. 30 days after a sender make request.

    2. It will just go on without e-mail notification since D.e-Express won't care external e-mail server state.

    2. No, it's not. You have to re-send a message with another approver.

    2. No, D.e-Express doesn't provide individual server/URL, but the URL for non-registered user is different from registered user, because of the difference of login.

    2. Yes, you can edit the message from Sent folder.

    1. I cannot edit the sent message. How does it happen?

    2. It might be a replied message. The replied message cannot be edited.
      Or the sending function might be changed and you are not allowed to use it.

    1. When I reply a message, the error occured with the message "There is no approver. This function is not available.". How can I reply the message?

    2. For replying a message, you must have least one approver.
      This approver could be yourself or other user.
      Please submit the application for registering your approver.
      Please contact the "D.e-Express Administrator".

    1. A file can be send without Plug-in, but
      the same file has following error with Plug-in.
      "The prohibited file which cannot be uploaded in the added file/folder was detected."

      Why don't you put Japanese and English written together?

    2. Non-registered user can reply the message without approver, but if this non-registered user has been registered, this replying message is required to be approved.
      Please submit the application for registering your approver.

    2. The message status is fixed and not user changeable.

    2. "Report-To" function is a notification service of D.e-Express that sends notification at sending/downloading to users.
      Maximum 100 users are available into "Report-To" address.
      Note: These users in "Report-To" are not available to download the message.

    2. "Report-To" user is not available to download the message.
      Please ask the sender put your into "To" address.

      1. There's no sufficient network bandwidth.
      2. Networking devices (proxy server, firewall etc.) are limiting TCP connections for each client computer.
      3. Internet Service Provider is limiting the amount of file transfer.
